“HORRUS” is Thailand’s first fully automated unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system that can perform aerial mission 24/7 with self-maintenance ability in any environment, especially in remote and dangerous areas. The system consists of 3 main technologies that contribute to successful pilot-free mission including an autonomous UAV, a smart ground station, and a software platform.
“PHOENIX” is our developed quadcopter drone specially designed for the HORRUS system. It is equipped with a high-definition camera, allowing users to view the inspection progress in real-time through our software via the internet. With up to 30 minutes of flight time and fully customizable payloads including moving camera, thermal camera and LiDAR, it is an ideal UAV for all types of missions.
HORRUS comes with a smart ground station that serves as an automatic weather-proof storage for PHOENIX. Its functions include UAV automatic fast charge system, weather sensing module, and data gateway. Users can create the mission/task anywhere anytime using our online software platform. The mission will be uploaded to the system and it will perform the mission automatically without any personnel on site.
With our technology, the drone will be able to take off, perform missions, land precisely and recharge automatically while using accumulated real-time information to operate with the safest configuration.
Should any emergency occur during the mission, the system will automatically initiate a failsafe mode in which the UAV will perform a precision landing in a designated area and the system will immediately notify the responsible personnel.
